What started as individual visions soon evolved into a unified force shaping culture and experiences.
In October 2021, Elevated was founded by Mayank Jain — a platform built to curate experiences that go beyond the ordinary, setting the tone for a community driven by music and culture.
By February 2023, Mpire was launched by Mihir Puruswani, bringing a fresh perspective, larger scale, and a new wave of energy to the scene.
In0 September 2024, these two worlds came together to create Empower, founded by Mayank Jain and Mihir Purswani, with Umang Ladia joining the journey. What began as an evolution of events has now grown into a dynamic collective specializing in artist management and weddings, along with collaborations that create meaningful opportunities within the industry.
